Still waiting for phone 30 days later!!!!!!

Fedex lost the package in transit, over a month ago and declared the package lost. I have put in a ticket over a month ago with xfinity to send a replacment, they have given me three different deadline and all of them are past due. They keep blamming the "backend office". 3 missed deadlines, wont answer my calls ect. This is quite literally a SCAM. They will be reported for this.
