Still got charged after canceling mobile service

I canceled my mobile service a few days ago by calling the customers service but still got charged today via autopay. I left the US for good to move to a different country so I don’t even have access to my phone number and I can’t even dispute the charge or cancel the autopay. Can you please cancel the autopay and refund the charge? I remember the agent telling me that she will make sure the August bill won't be charged, so this is deeply upsetting.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
