still billed two months after cancellation

I connected the xfinity mobile with my internet, but closed the mobile account the next day (08.21.2025). i received a final mobile fill one month after (09.21.2025). now at the second month, i again received a bill (10.21.2025). Even I hadn't cancelled, this service should have supposed to be free. I am shocked by how terrible and utterly incompetent this company is. How can I get my money back and ensure i'm not billed again?

I know it's extremely frustrating to deal with ongoing accounts when you thought you had everything finalized and closed.
