Stealing my credit card.

I haven't had xfinity mobile in over 2 months. The company swears I don't have an account, yet once a week this company tries to charge my credit card. I've been calling for two straight months to get these idiots to do their job. One day I was hung up on 10 times. 10 times! At this point I can't even get any one from the head office to answer the phone.

I've decided I'm contacting a lawyer and finding a way to force them to release my credit card once and for all. This is fraud and theft when I told them no.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
