Static on calls

I have had severe static on calls for weeks.  I can’t hear it and the other parties can’t hear me because of it.  Any suggestions?

Hey, @user_adc792! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having when using your Xfinity Mobile line. Are you by chance using the cellar network when you call people or is your device using Wi-Fi calling?

Put your SIM in a different phone and verify that is not something wrong with your device. Digital audio doesn't have static. It's either clear or turns high pitched/cuts off.
