Standalone fees

We had internet and mobile service. June of 2023 we dropped internet and had to pay the $25 standalone fees....fine. December 2024, we added internet back and I've had to call every month for the $25 fees to be credited to my account. I've talked to 6 customer service reps and a manager and for some reason they can never fix it. Please help!!!!
