​I have been talking to Xfinity customer service for hours about my phone, not working. ( I am still talking to them as I type) I was guided to this ridiculous forum to search for assistance. I pay Xfinity about $200 a month and they are making me look for my answer!! {Edited: Solicitation} I have repeated my imei number 5 times my name 10 times, my last 4 8 times etc. ​
