Something went wrong
Can’t access my xfinity mobile account. Every time I login I receive this message.
“Sorry, something went wrong. We're having trouble retrieving your information right now. Refresh this page or go to your account page on our website.”
I’ve tried different browsers on multiple devices and the mobile app. I’ve had xfinity mobile for a few months and have never been able to login. I’ve seen many other posts about this same issue with no solution.

Hi, @user_b7e2f2. Thank you for reaching out. I see you are stuck in a login loop with the Xfinity Mobile App, and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. I also understand you've never been able to get in. Do you have any login issues with any other Xfinity Apps like My Account, Xfinity App, or Stream App?

I'm having the same problem. Xfinity mobile website never works on my computer or phone.
