Some phone numbers will not be able to connect to my phone

​Hello, ​

​My trouble started when I ported my phone number out of AT&T pre-paid. I don't think the port went correctly, and ever since, I've been getting about 1 in 25 calls which when they call they will receive the "Do-Duh-Duey - We're sorry, the phone number you have called is unavailable." These are people that I know and it will consistently happen for those phone numbers, but others can call fine. I can call them and we can talk, but they can't call me. They can text me, and I can text them, it's just them calling me. ​

​I tried calling X-finity mobile chat and called customer service. Spent a number of hours on the phone which was mainly wasted time. AT&T won't give me the time of day; they say the number has been ported out and that's that, and they won't spent any time since I am no longer a customer. ​

​X-finity thinks it's my phone, but it's not. It happens on the different phones. My wife has the exact same phone as me, and she never has a problem. Almost positive this is a porting issue where some phone numbers will be routed to AT&T and will get the "We're sorry, the number you have called is unavailable." and most numbers will be sent correctly to Xfinity Mobile. ​

​After hours of fruitless help from Xfinity staff, the only solution I can think of is to change my phone number. I really don't want to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions?​
