Smartwatch deal promo code disappeared

Hello, I was viewing my promo code for the Apple Watch SE on us but when I backed out of the tab the offer no longer appears. I see it on my Xfinity app but when I click on the promo and it takes me to my discounts the promo is no longer there

 Mine isn't showing up either and I'm so frustrated. I see it on my landing page (without the code, though) but when I go to the membership benefits page, nothing is there.

I meet all the requirements including the diamond/platinum status requirement, and the benefit says it doesn't expire for another month. It's not in my redeemed codes either and the service agent on chat was just like "oh whoops okay maybe check back later, it'll be an extra $8 per month then."

Obviously I'm not going to buy a watch I wasn't planning on getting, but I had gone through so many of the steps already and now I want one and am so frustrated! I feel swindled by the promise of this offer that keeps showing up on the website until I actually go to the benefits page. Then nothing except random discounts and the peacock subscription promo.
