six digit text numbers in my account... what are they? some are listed as phone numbers and some are listed as six digit numbers?
When I look at my text usage in my Xfinity account, some texts are listed by phone number, which makes sense. However, some are listed as six digit numbers, which do not tell me who they're from. How can I figure that out?

Hi, @user_f935a0. Thank you for creating this post and asking this great question. My first assumption is that they are related to text alerts. For example, Xfinity will send text from "266278" when a new bill is generated or if we send a security code for verification. This link will explain the alerts and how to sign up: https://comca.st/3ys9j2W; I know that others companies may use a 6-digit or 5-digit number, so it can vary. I get these regularly for my electric bill, multi-factor verification if someone signed in to my account, or general alerts from places like Facebook.
As outlined here https://comca.st/3ehI1Fw, you can simply text "Stop" to our number at 266278 to cancel these alerts if needed. Do you normally get alerts like this, or does this not sound like something you regularly see?
