Sim still locked 2 weeks later

I’ve called and spoken to 7 reps and have gotten 7 bs answers. I’ve tried everything they’ve told me to do and my iPhone is still locked.

After searching the topic it seems I’m not the only one to have this issue. 

What xfinity is doing is completely against the law. I’m being forced to pay for a service that I don’t want on an iPhone I paid for, and it’s been paid off for over a year. 

Anyone who has had this issue should connect and file a lawsuit against them.
