Sim locked

I ported my number to Verizon and that has been completed but Xfinity has my sim locked and it says it does not support transfer from sim to esim.  I can’t make calls to call you.  Chat is not helping as it is just a bot and can’t ask a real person.  I can’t text because I only have iMessage capabilities. Phone is paid off. Had old phones for 2 years.  Please advise.
