shipping label for trade in

on 7/21 had a chat with Aaryan. He gave me an estimate on my trade-in Galaxy S23 phone for a Zflip7 from inifinity/comcast.  I agreed to everything for the order, but did not complete it.   7/24 talked to customer service who wrote up a second order and forgot to list trade-in and filled the order out for full price.   My daughter and I argued that we have a trade-in, but they said when your trade in comes in they will adjust the contract for the trade-in.  But they did not put trade-in on the contract and no shipping label came.   They said it would come to my e-mail address: [Edited: "Personal Information"].  I have talked to many people on the phone about this with the same answer:  We will send one you can print to your e-mail.  Nothing ever came.   I disgusted with this whole transaction and many hours on the phone with no results.  I think Infinity is doing a bait and switch on me.  I am 83 years old and don't need all this aggravation.   If this is not corrected, I will be reporting this to authorities.   Please solve this problem for me.    I have been a customer for many years and hate to cancel my account.
