Setup Apple Watch
Hello-
My dad and I have Xfinity mobile. He is the primary account holder but we are unable to get into our account even though we have his login. It says he’s not the primary account holder, but he is.
I just need to get my new Apple Watch setup and appreciate your assistance!

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username has information on how to change or find your xfinity ID, since your getting the message your not logging in with the primary account holder information this will help locate the correct information for the primary account holder
