I'm switching my land line number to a mobile number that was SUGGESTED from a rep.. And canceling cable. Got phone in 2 days returned equipment bc I'm using my own internet equipment.  Can not get the 1xbox until phone is activated. It has been 12 days no phone and NO INTERNET.
