Serious Complaint

this is not a feedback but a serious complaint with regards to my to my mobile. customer service has all the patience to be with you on the phone when it's time to take your money but very quick to get you off the phone when you're having issues with your bill stating again i will say STATING that i have exceeded the time on my call and there are other customers waiting to speak to an agent!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB Institute and I have the agents name and .number who was rude and refused for me to speak to a supervisor. I have been a customer for xfinity phone and internet for 4 years and have always recommended your services to others. now it has become ridiculous that agents put wrong promotions on accounts just to make a sale and leave us in a loop when they cannot explain why my bill has changed or that I misunderstood the agent about the promotion. This is ridiculous!!
