I want to send the support team a direct message. From a thread earlier this year, the Xfinity rep said: "In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon." I cannot find the chat icon or a direct message icon ANYWHERE on the site. Where is it & why is it SO hard to find?

Huh? Same question I originally posted: "I want to send the support team a direct message. I want to schedule a technician to come to my home. I want to send a direct message to Xfinity Support, but cannot find the icon to click on to send the message. How do I get to Xfinity Support? Rrevious responses allegedly from Xfinity that I have seen about how to do so are not helpful.
