Scammed with xfinity mobile
I am writing in regarding the overcharges on my previous Xfinity mobile account. In Feb 2024, Xfinity gave me an offer to add Xfinity mobile to my internet which reduce my internet's monthly charges by $15, this would help me save on my total phone monthly bill seeing that I only use the home and work internet.
However, after 8 months, I was surprised to discover that I was being charged over $60-90 per month and autopayed those charges even though I only set up an autopay for my home internet. Xfinity claimed that I had used data over the limit, but this was a scam. There was no need for me to use Xfinity internet if I had unlimited date home and at work.
I contacted Xfinity multiple times to resolve this issue and said they are investigating the the issue but I have not got any solid response.
I have been with Xfinity for a decade but this has wasted my time and caused me a great deal of stress considering changing providers loosing loyal customers.
