Scam

I had an internet account in MD and moved in CA, when I left MD Xfinity created a mobile account on my name without my authorization and started stealing money every months on my account, started by $70, then $140 then $150...I had to call everyone's and complained to have the money back. I finally decided that I will go to the police to open a case for scamming and see a lawyer..Will keep you posted...

@user_ngto3f Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on Forums. I can see why this situation would be concerning. We would never want you to be charged for a service you didn't knowingly authorize. We'd like the opportunity to review what occurred, including the mobile line activation and billing history, to better understand the account activity. If you'd like us to investigate further. Please send us a direct message

How to Send Us a Direct Message*:
(*Note: Never send a direct message to us unless requested by us.)
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
