Scam

I do not recommend this company for WiFi or mobile, my WiFi was hacked months ago and I just recently discovered it. Through WiFi they hacked into the cameras in my home and well as my cell phone and my roommates. Also being hacked on every app on our phones including banking. Their only solution was sending me a new modem that I have to pay for, that one also was hacked the very next day. 
as for mobile they offfer free 1 year service with auto pay for when the year is up. Just found out they have been charging my card $40 a month, upon spending 3 weeks calling and one time spending an entire day from 9am to 3pm on the phone with them I haven’t to receive a refund.

I'm sorry to hear your internet was hacked, This is never a good feeling to have.

The best plan of action would be to change your Wi-Fi network name and password.

I regard to your mobile price and plan.

When you check your bill for your mobile plan is there a credit showing for that line?
