Scam
They are scammers got the 16 pro max was told I can trade it in when I get the new phone. They will send me shipping label never received the shipping label them after 3 months of having the new phone and paying my bill they say inner then 900 bucks because it was not a trade in even tho I have screen shots from conversations with the agents. Saying they will send shipping label let’s see what my 1.3 million TikTok followers thing about these scammers don’t get a plan with the they will rob you
