Scam

Moved to xfinity to save money and because it was told by xfinith it would be reliable as they use Verizon towers. We did the signal is [Edited: Language] your lucky if you ever get 5 sticks of signal. Is was so bad we couldn't even make calls or send messages on important occasions making us use wifi or someone else's phone. We also got a offer a promotion of paying of a phone ur currently paying at as ling ad you bring a receipt thay you paid it off when you lived with them and to submit before the a month or being with them. Since day one they have change their information and told me different things and till this day after 6 months of been with them nothing has gotten resolve as the custumer service doesnt know [Edited: Language] about their own deals or keep changing the information to not send the money over to the point where they lie about having an outstanding debt with another device which has been paid off way before I loved with them. They promotion of paying your phone off is a scam do not fall for it as they will not give it to you, doesnt matter much information evidence and receipts you send to them they will always say something to not pay or act like there isn't such a promotion when is crearly on their website. I have only been a custumer for 6 months and i had the worse experience and will be moving lines. [Edited: "Soliciting"]

Hey there, user_g5x2x3! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with deals with Xfinity Mobile, it certainly is not what we want for customers. I would be happy to look into the account with you, and open a ticket for our team to investigate the promotions. Can you please send us a DM to get started?

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
