SCAM on mobile phone upgrades

Called with billing question and was told (sold) about an upgrade offer.  Was given details and agreed they could call me next day.   The following day he called, and I asked many questions to verify the details of their proposal.

He stated we could keep Gig plan.  We would receive the trade in discount for 24 months.  We would also receive a $40 monthly discount on our current $75 internet and it would start in 30 days.  He said to take new phones to xfinity store for setup.  

Phones arrived and we went to store.  We were told we would not receive trade in discount unless we upgrade from our shared $20/mo gig plan to TWO Unlimited Plus plans and that the $40 internet discount does not exist.  

If I hadn’t asked not figured this out during the 14 day refund period I would be stuck.

It disgusts me that Xfinity lets this go on!  When I tried twice to report they just explain how the upgrade plan is supposed to work with no regard for the scam their sales person pulled much less the waste of my time.

Sent it.  This was already reported by me but we are many days past the promised resolution date.  I only have 14 days to return and will not wait until the last minute.  It appears everyone is wanting to make sure this doesn’t happen but has no solution for me.  Basically just looking for your customer to help you fix your problem but not trying to fix customer issues.
