Saved contact coming through as "Unknown" on Xfinity Mobile

A contact saved in my phone keeps coming through as "Unknown" when calling.  It's only 1 contact (everyone else is fine), and when I call out it shows their name in my call log, and texts are not effected.  This happened recently and randomly, and my phone has not updated and my service hasn't changed.
