sarah Cunninghams supervisor phone number sarah has not returned my 12 calls

I spoke to Sarah Cunningham who supposedly is a supervisor in the Corporate office.  I left her 12 messages after my "case was closed",, there was no resolution.  I am a veteran who served this country over twenty years.  I was told I have been given two years free mobile phone service.  That was a lie.

Also I put in a written complaint, no answer.

My phone screen broke.  I went to the brick and motor in Jensen Beach.  I was told by Colton to drive 90 miles round trip to a phone fix it shop to get the screen replaced.  The phone would not work.  I went and of course the shop did not have the correct screen to replace on my phone.  I drove back to the brick and motor shop and had to wait on the long cue again!

The manager was walking around doing nothing, checking his phone messages and looking outside at the rain.

I found out that less than a mile there was a phone fix it shop, the same chain that Colton sent me to!

I was talked into purchasing another phone.  I was at the shop for almost 6 hours!!!!  That is unacceptable.  I am disabled and a senior, I was ready to pass out.  I am still reeling from the nightmare and rude behavior.  I was told by the pushy salesman that the phone could not be fixed and that I needed to buy the more expensive model of the phone.  He stated the "motorola" was no good.  Why would INfinity have a phone to sell that "was not good".????

Then I was told that after four months, I would have to start paying for the phone service, they would  or could not honor the agreement of "free phone service for 24 months for veterans.".  Then the best was I had to be assigned a new number!!!  Then the salesman told me to go home and "activate" the phone.  I was so tired I went home and tried to activate the phone,,,but as you can imagine no one had my new number on file!!!!!!

I have left 11 messages with Sarah Cunningham,, she has not returned my call!!!!!  I cannot stand this horrible horrible situation.
