Roaming

Hello my family and I have a family plan with you guys  we are in Puerto Rico and have no service our phone said select roaming will I be charged extra for roaming ??

I understand how frustrating it must be to be in Puerto Rico with your Xfinity Mobile family plan and see a "Select Roaming" message with no service. Here is a great article: Global Travel Pass FAQs that can give you all the details on our Global Travel Pass and determine if it is included with your Xfinity Mobile service plan. You can use your Xfinity Mobile device immediately without having to contact us. On our latest price plan, calls to Mexico and Canada are included with our Unlimited data options. On our previous price plans and with our By the Gig data option, you can add the Mexico and Canada Call Pass for $10 per month to call Mexico and Canada from the United States (U.S.) at a monthly, flat rate.

 

To determine what plan you have/upgrade to the latest plan:

  1. Visit xifinity.com/mobile.
  2. Click the dropdown under your name in the top-right of the screen.
  3. Select My Account.
  4. Select the Settings tab.
  5. An Upgrade Plan option will be listed at the bottom of the tab if you’re not on the latest plan. Select Upgrade Today to upgrade.
