Ripped off was supposed to be billed by the month middle of night charged $1050.00 please help
I was ripped off.I went to xfinity mobile to purchase a phone and a lower priced plan than what i was paying.I left with my receipt of what I thought I paid to find out at 10 pm at night my credit card on file was charged $1050.00 . I have spent hours on the phone with fraud department and customer service no one has changed it from PURCHASING TO FINANCING THE PHONE.I am very upset someone please help.
