Request for Service Cancellation and Removal of Charges

Spent the last two hours on chat with CSR and no help,  PLEASE ADVISE

I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my Xfinity mobile account and the removal of a $68.14 past due balance associated with it.

The mobile service was initially created on August 26, 2024. However, the phone associated with this account was never activated with Xfinity. Consequently, the service was cancelled shortly after, as the phone remained active with my current provider, T-Mobile, where all charges have been maintained and paid.

As the Xfinity service was never activated, I dispute any outstanding balance of $68.14 and request that this charge be removed from my account.

Please confirm the cancellation of this account and the removal of the balance. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter to prevent further billing errors or any impact on my credit.
