Replacement phone not activated after 14 hrs

I recently upgraded my wife's iPhone which I ordered on the Xfinity Mobile website. I followed the enclosed instructions, but after 14 hours its still says Activation in progress in my account. 

I did an online chat and the rep said it takes 12-24hrs, but on the Xfinity website it says "Your phone should be ready in about 10 minutes."

That is a huge difference. Can someone please the correct time it should take ? This is really frustrating...

@XfinityDena​ I did call that number numerous times and then they disabled my WORKING phone, but the new phone still wasn't working. Wait an hour after that, then they hung up on me. So I had NO working phone. I finally was able to get the new phone working MYSELF by putting the sim from the old phone in the new phone (still didn't work), then putting the new sim card in the new phone. A few minutes later the new phone was working. My experience with activating the replacement phone was HORRIBLE and technical support was HORRIBLE !!!!
