Replacement phone not activated after 14 hrs
I recently upgraded my wife's iPhone which I ordered on the Xfinity Mobile website. I followed the enclosed instructions, but after 14 hours its still says Activation in progress in my account.
I did an online chat and the rep said it takes 12-24hrs, but on the Xfinity website it says "Your phone should be ready in about 10 minutes."

That is a huge difference. Can someone please the correct time it should take ? This is really frustrating...
