Replace Business name on Caller ID

I have my old business name somehow attached to my caller ID. I'd like to replace the business name on there.

Thank you for reaching out @user_e5dfd4. Have you tried to update the caller ID your self?

Individual users can manage their Caller ID though My Account.

Sign in and select Manage Settings from the dashboard.
Select the Pencil icon to edit Caller ID display name.
Enter a new Caller ID first name and Caller ID last name. Select the Checkmark to confirm.
