Remove card

i absolutely NEED to remove my card from the Xfinity Mobile autopay account. That account is -$120 already and it’ll be -$300 if that autopay continues.

Comcast always gives you notice when a bill is due. This sounds like 3 plus months of nonpayment, its always advised to pay on time to avoid it because they will draw from your bank account to get it.
