Remove autopay and credit card for inactive account
I had xfinity mobile but changed service providers in Nov 2022. My last payment for xfinity mobile was in Oct 2022. I see now that my account still has autopay enabled and I cannot turn it off or remove the credit card associated with autopay.
How do former customers remove this information?
