Remove auto pay

I was never told that autopay would have to be linked with my new xfinity phone. I have been a customer for over twenty years and I find this practice insulting. I never agreed to auto pay and want it removed from my account.

My Xfinity payment is supposed to be $178.00 your charging me $188.00 it's supposed to be $10 per month less for auto pay your company has been over charging me for almost one year now

Hello @user_e77209 thanks for sharing the trouble you have had with the billing on the account. I would love to take a look and see what options I have to help out. With some plans you would have to enroll in ecobill and autopay within a certain time for the discount. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. I will see what happend and help get the discount back for us.
