Refusal to give me port out pin

I was just refused my port out pin from Xfinity mobile due to an outstanding balance which I have been told is not legal? Is this true and may I please receive my port pen ASAP?

Thanks for reaching out @user_vtfyp4! I can completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you’re trying to move your number and feel like you’re being blocked from doing so. To clarify, you can still request your transfer (port out) PIN, even if there is a past due balance on the account. 

 

You can request your Xfinity Mobile security/transfer PIN by following the steps in this article:

This will walk you through generating the PIN directly from your account.
