Refund

I been trying to reach out to someone who can help with getting my refund back for Xfinity. I was charged $461 dollars for mobile service I never had. I went to the Xfinity store here in Houston tx and spoke to a virtual agent and made a ticket. I have been back and fourth with Xfinity agents and don’t get the help I need . This amount was a lot taking from me . If this matter is not resolved and do not received my refund I will take further actions . Here is my ticket number . # ECM 002  020 0339
