Refund versus credit back

I got to run around on my new phone from xfinity. Mobile went into the store to see if I could get a different phone for the same plan. But they said, no, this is the only plan that's free. But yeah, while I was sitting there and having one guy, describe it to me, the other guy returns my phone cancels my online plan that I set up Do the app and doesn't refund the mount back? Doesn't refund the setup fee and the charge would be ten dollars extra month for the second year, which I asked for in writing and they couldn't provide. Went back today to speak to the manager. He said he can adjust it so that it is $30 a year like it says on the website, which I showed him for the second year. But I wanted it in writing or a receipt saying day that sound like it would be and no one could give me that and also instead of giving me The refunds for the first setup, the second setup. Did they charge me 4 for the same day? They credit it to my account, which is not going to have any it charges for a year instead of refunding it back to the card that I paid with, which was a PayPal Mastercard, ending in 6711. Period

So what I need is all the money refunded that they promised back to my card and not as a credit on the account. And a contract that states thirty dollars a month for the second year, instead of having to wait a whole twelve months for the new bills.To come out, because that's the only way you'll be able to tell
