Reduced Speeds

I have the premium unlimited plan but there are some issues. The first is that I got reduced speeds after 50Gb, but the plan says premium should include 100Gb per line before reduced speed. The 2nd issue is that I am reduced to 1.5mbps when even older information says premium should be 5mbps after reduced speeds.
