Receiving pictures when connected to Xfinity WiFi hot spot only

When I am not connected to any WiFi network, I can send and receive pictures with no issues.

When I am connected to my home's WiFi network, I can send and receive pictures with no issues.

When I am connected to an Xfinity WiFi hot spot while at work, picture messages get stuck in limbo and will never download / can't be sent, causing me to need to turn off WiFi and download / send the picture with cellular data, and then turn the WiFi back on.  Issue seems to revolve around the Xfinity hot spot itself?  Is this something that is intentional from Xfinity or is there something I can do about this?

If the information is pertinent, I am using a Galaxy S10+ running android version 10 with the most current updates.  I have experienced this issue ever since I purchased the phone when it was released last year.

@leftejohnson   Thank you for posting to the forum, after doing a little research, I have found the following information that could be useful and possibly provide a solution to your issue:

Can you please attempt this fix: Under the "WiFi settings on the S10 open the "settings" icon and click on "connections" Open the current WiFi that you are connected to under "Current Network." There should be a "gear wheel" to right of your connection, click on to open which brings you to another "settings" page for your connection. You will see "advanced" tab on the bottom of page..open and go to the setting "metered network" You will want to select it to say "Treat as Unmetered," save and exit. Please let me know if this has solved the issue.
