Received email bill even though service cancelled

Recently received an email saying I would be charged $1200 in November despite returning my device and canceling my service within the 2 week window. I’m unsure if this is an error or if I will be charged this price in November. Help.

looks like your  phone has been  graded     a C stock grade    when you  return   your phone  your phone will be graded   from A B or C stock depending  if  you  had damged your phone  from the time you had  it   so i hop you  took  photos of your phone  be for you return it

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’ll be more than happy to investigate this for you. Snow7551 is right, if the device was returned and services were canceled, yet we still billed you for your device, the amount billed depends on the grading of the phone in question.


When you get an opportunity, send me a private message (click on ComcastChrisL and then click on send message) that includes the first and last name of the account holder, the account number, and the last 4 digits of the payment method you used to set-up services. im having the same issue i have contacted twice beforece now being told they cant find my account and being charged too on my card and still havent recived refund for phone and items for phone and phone service i never got the phone cuz i was told they stoped it from being shiped out
