Receipt for iPhone 14

I’ve paid my phone off need a receipt to show ownership has well.  I forgot password to iCloud, show ownership. So what’s the big deal Bunche of excuses but no receipt, they sent me a 29 pages of payments but can’t send me a receipt?

@user_4fe2c0 To see if your Xfinity Mobile phone has been paid off, you can check your device payments online or in the Xfinity app. Log in to your online account or the Xfinity app, navigate to the "Devices" section, and select the phone you're interested in. The status should indicate whether the device is "Paid in Full". Take a screen shot. That is your proof. They don't give any other kind of receipt.

And what would this have to do with forgetting your iCloud password? You should be able to reset that with Apple regardless of your phone being paid off or not.

I don’t need to see my device payments I need total cost paid and my imei number serial number and date and there name and mine all on one piece of paper just like you went into store to purchase a phone you respect a receipt well I do too what’s the big deal

@user_4fe2c0 Is Apple requiring this proof because your phone has an Activation Lock and you don't know/remember your Apple ID and password?
