RE: [Edited]. RETURN ISSUE HAPPEN WITH MANY PEOPLE RIGHT NOW
I have spent weeks dealing with the same issue. I had the iPhone 15 Pro for 24 hours before I sealed it back up perfectly the way they sent it. Then they told me it had functional damage. They took the money out of my account because I have automatic withdrawal, so they discharged my card after they said they wouldn’t. And since I was able to produce pictures of the phone prior to sending it back showing that there was no damage. Now they’re saying there was a glitch on there end in the system. And that nothing was wrong with my phone, so why did you charge me? so now I’m waiting to get a refund because all of a sudden once I produce pictures their line of reasoning changed.
