Proof of purchase
I have had trouble with my new phone charging so I am trying to get it fixed under the Samsung warranty, but I need some info that I cannot seem to find. Hoping someone can help me with this..

Greetings, @taylorjm28! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about finding your phone details. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
You should be able to locate your purchase details online, or through the Xfinity app. On the app, you would need to go to "Account", then "Xfinity Mobile", then "Billing" and scroll all the down to the bottom of the page where it will list your orders by date. If you don't recall the exact date, or you ordered more than one phone that day, you may need to go through a little trial and error to find the right one, but that should list all the details you need.
