Promotional upgrade for Mobile devices to full speed at no cost!!

I have received several emails from Comcast and Xfinity that they are upgrading our mobile plan to full speed at no cost as shown below.

"We've upgraded your Comcast Business Mobile plan. Your high-speed, premium data will no longer slow down based on how much premium data you use. Once your line exceeds its monthly premium data allowance, data may be temporarily slower than other traffic in times of congestion."

I refuse this offer and do not want this promotional upgrade to be added to our 3 mobile lines plan.
