Promotional device credit not being applied to the acct
I have taken Google pixel 7 with the assurance from the store manager (store : Concord Pike , Wilmington, DE) that promotional Device credit will be applied in some form to the account in due course of time. But it didn't happen so far. Followed up with the store multiple times with no end results but only blank assurances. Spoke to customer service representative but they too not assisting. Really disgusting with no one taking any ownerships.
Pls advise asap.
