I just got off the phone with Xfinity mobile and was told that I would lose my Promotional Credit if I change my phone number. I was told by Samsung to get a new number because my new phone has been hacked. I have been with Xfinity mobile since they started now they can take this new phone back along with my mobile account and stick it where the sun don't shine e

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
