promotion

recently, I ordered the new iPhone 17 and a new Apple Watch from my Xfinity store. My phone was delivered through UPS. I received it my watch which came from FedEx was stolen before it reached me and I have received an empty box that was straightened out but being I wasn’t able to activate my watch the promotion I guess fell off. It’s supposed to be a $300 promotion. I’ve called several times. I’ve been told that it has been fixed and it has not. It’s very frustrating. I sat on the phone for two hours yesterday and was told it was fixed and it was not what do I do?
