Promotion

customer service is the worst, they promised me a $500 trade in promotion up to 5 lines buyout to switch. I had 3 lines with Verizon. They messed up on the promotion, gave me another promotion. I called them so many times and got a different answer each time, I even went to the store and they told me that nothing could be done, I ended up getting a negative balance from Verizon because xfinity never gave me the promotion credit to help pay off the previous carriers balance. I talked to a supervisor and said she would make an exception for me because I was promised that promotion and that she would call me the next day and she never did, I'm so disappointed, I wouldn't recommend anyone to this horrible service.
