Promised gift card since june
I switched to Xfinity back in June and it’s the end of Nov and still waiting on my gift card I was given some number to call and can’t reach anyone on it been told it would be in my Email 2 weeks and that was four weeks ago anyone else having this issue? No one can tell me anything nor help me,

Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and address? Here are instructions on how to send us a DM in case you need them:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
