Price Increase Mobile
I was told by Xfinity Agent that my price per gig ($12) was grandfathered in since I had been with Xfinity since day 1. Now my bill is at $20, and I have read other customers with similar complaints, so I would like to know if I was locked in at $12 or if I was told something incorrect.
